A month of hip, lower back and leg pain has been making my work (mountain biking) and daily life miserable. I’ve done all the self care I can. Today I spent 90 minutes on Elyse’s table.
She cleared it all up and gave me exercises to do on my own to help alleviate the underlying issues. I’d say it’s amazing but this is standard care for her. My job is to see her before things get so bad again. - Barbara·

Today was my first massage with Elyse and my neck hasn't felt this good in years. She was amazing, really in tune with what was going on in my body and worked out many kinks. I can’t wait for my next visit!
